This planning program is engaged in preparing a survey and documentation file of a compound which will include: a historical survey of the development of the site, an inventory of the remains in the compound, architectural and technological documentation, an engineering survey to identify the structural problems in the buildings and a conservation survey for identifying weathering processes and the damage at the site. Based on the survey and documentation data that are collected a program and detailed plan will be drawn up for the conservation and development of the site, including the preparation of a maintenance folder for the site.
